These terms apply to the 50% kickoff deposit for the six services listed below. The remaining 50% is invoiced on delivery. The accepted written scope and signed MSA remain the controlling engagement documents.

  1. 01

    Payment schedule

    The checkout payment is a 50% kickoff deposit. The remaining 50% is invoiced on delivery and is due Net-15 from invoice issue, unless the accepted written scope states otherwise.

  2. 02

    Scope authority

    The selected service page describes the standard fixed scope. Before payment, the client must receive and accept a written scope identifying the app, store or stores, market or locale, timetable, deliverables, exclusions, fee, currency, and applicable taxes. The accepted written scope controls if it differs from the standard scope.

  3. 03

    Taxes

    Published fees and the deposit are exclusive of applicable GST, VAT, sales tax, or similar taxes. The client is responsible for taxes applicable in its jurisdiction.

  4. 04

    Cancellation

    Either party may terminate the engagement for convenience with 30 days’ written notice. Fees for work performed up to the termination date remain payable. A material breach may be terminated after the cure process stated in the MSA.

  5. 05

    Deliverables and ownership

    Deliverables paid for remain the client’s. Ownership of client-specific deliverables transfers on payment of the corresponding invoice; App Legendary retains its pre-existing frameworks, methods, tools, and generic templates.

  6. 06

    Controlling documents

    These checkout terms supplement the accepted written scope and the App Legendary MSA. A signed SOW controls for its engagement where it conflicts with the MSA or this page.

The points below are intentionally not converted into client rights or obligations until the owner approves them. Checkout must remain disabled while they are unresolved.

  • →Whether any unearned part of a paid deposit is refunded, credited, or retained after cancellation; the current MSA only states that fees for work performed remain payable.
  • →What event constitutes delivery and starts the Net-15 period for the remaining 50% invoice, including any client acceptance or deemed-acceptance window.
  • →Whether a client-requested postponement changes the delivery timetable, reserves capacity, or permits a rescheduling fee.
  • →Which contracting entity and governing-law seat applies before checkout: India or England and Wales.
